Get Exclusions
GET/account/settings/exclusions
Retrieves paginated active exclusions for the authenticated client account, filtered by type (ip, coupon, or sku) with optional search.
Rate limit: 300 requests per minute per account and credential type, shared across all read endpoints. Exceeding it returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
