Credit Order to Affiliate
POST/conversions/credit-order-id
Credits an existing order from the conversion queue to a specified affiliate. The order is queued for processing and will be converted asynchronously.
Rate limit: 60 requests per minute per account and credential type, shared across all write endpoints. Exceeding it returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
