Update Conversion Status
PATCH/conversions/:id
Updates the status of a single conversion. Supports transitions between PENDING, APPROVED, DENIED, and UNQUALIFIED statuses based on a defined transition matrix. Creates an audit trail and dispatches webhook notifications for APPROVED and DENIED transitions.
