Get Affiliate Custom Fields
GET/affiliates/:affiliateId/custom-fields
Retrieves all custom registration fields configured by the merchant for a given affiliate, along with the affiliate's corresponding values.
Rate limit: 300 requests per minute per account and credential type, shared across all read endpoints. Exceeding it returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
