Update Affiliate Custom Field Value
PATCH/affiliates/:affiliateId/custom-fields/:customFieldId
Updates an affiliate's value for a specific custom registration field by modifying the affiliate's custom_fields JSON column.
Rate limit: 60 requests per minute per account and credential type, shared across all write endpoints. Exceeding it returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
