Delete Promotion Method
DELETE/promotion-methods/:id
Deletes a promotion method (conversion trigger) by its ID. The promotion method must belong to the authenticated client's account.
Rate limit: 60 requests per minute per account and credential type, shared across all write endpoints. Exceeding it returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
