Activate Pending Promotion Method
PATCH/promotion-methods/:id
Activates a promotion method that is currently in PENDING status. Only promotion methods owned by the authenticated client can be activated.
Rate limit: 60 requests per minute per account and credential type, shared across all write endpoints. Exceeding it returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
